Development Class

Little video taken during the break of our development class. The professor is one of the sharpest, most caring, and active people I know in the development world. She has really helped me think people can make a difference in the world. This video wouldn't have been possible without the gracious donation of cold medicine from www.davehuth.com. Day 4 for videoblogging week 2009.

Priorities

Video for day one of videoblogging week 2009. Had to curb the enthusiasm because I had a 10 page paper to write. Pretty much only had time to sloppily animate the logo.

Train

Click to Play

The reason I haven't been vlogging very much is because I haven't had time this semester. I'm working on an independent study in MAYA tho and I thought I would share a bit of it. Another student and I are trying to figure out how to make our final project. This is a test render in After Effects with a Train we created as part of our exercises.

A quick video of my experience at the inauguration. I drove down with two of my friends from New York to DC to witness it in person. Fantastic time and well worth dealing with the crowds. Music by: Gurdonark. www.ccmixter.net

Very possibly the strangest thing that I've ever made. I'll tell you what its about if you ask. Thanks to David Howell for letting me use his video as a large piece of this project. Check out the non-mashed up version of "Falling Slowly" at his website. It's very beautiful. http://www.davidhowellstudios.com/ Music: morgantj "Existentialism" www.ccmixter.org

Some of the crew moments from my recent trip to Antartica. Nothing special and I can't imagine all that interesting to anyone who wasn't there :). But... a taste of the life I lived for a month on a ship with the Irish!

I've been mysteriously absent from posting mainly because I spent the last month helping with a production in Antarctica. There is more coming but I have to finish up my missed school work first. In the meantime here is a video that I made summarizing the trip for credit.
